B. Return Authorization

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and specific return instructions. You are required to include this RA# with your return shipment.

C. Shipping Your Return

  • Returns must be shipped to the address we provide in your Return Authorization instructions.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective product).
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. Paramavel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If the items are returned in acceptable condition, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

A. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Once the return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) minus any shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

B. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or we made an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong item).
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you are returning part or all of your order.

  • Paramavel will also provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for defective or incorrect items.
